Job Description
As a Car Park Technician, you will manage daily car park operations, ensuring all equipment is functional and the area is clean. You will collaborate with the Car Park Executive to report defects, resolve customer complaints, conduct hourly patrols for safety, and update parking payments in the system. Additional duties may be assigned by your supervisor.

Ensure all car park equipment is in proper working condition.
Maintain cleanliness across all areas.
Work closely with the Car Park Executive to report daily defects.
Attend to and resolve customer complaints related to car park matters.
Conduct hourly patrols to monitor operations and safety.

Prepare and complete the serve deck on a daily basis.
