Job Description
As a Car Park Technician, you will engage in daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient car park experience. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the Car Park Executive and addressing customer inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily car park operations efficiently.
- Ensure all car park equipment is in proper working condition.
- Maintain cleanliness across all areas.
- Work closely with the Car Park Executive to report daily defects.
- Attend to and resolve customer complaints related to car park matters.
- Conduct hourly patrols to monitor operations and safety.
- Update seasonal parking payments in the system.
- Prepare and complete the serve deck on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in facility management or customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Good communication skills.
Basic knowledge of car park systems and equipment.
