Naluri Hidup is seeking a Care Delivery Operations Executive to manage the operational aspects of care delivery. This role involves coordinating daily operations, improving processes, and creating health content while supervising interns.

As a Care Delivery Operations Executive, you will oversee the operational aspects of our care delivery process, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery to our members. Your responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day operations, identifying process improvement opportunities, creating engaging health content for various platforms, translating and quality-checking user interfaces for our digital health platforms, and collaborating with the Program Coordinator to support health programs. You will also supervise interns and delegate tasks effectively to ensure a smooth workflow.
