Job Description
As a Cashier at the Desa Sutera Square branch, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring accurate cash transactions. Your role involves maintaining an organized and clean counter area, reporting any equipment issues, and monitoring stock levels to ensure products are always available. You will work closely with the team to deliver a positive shopping experience while adhering to shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Must be a Malaysian citizen, aged 18 years or above.
Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers.
Meticulous in money handling and stock monitoring.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willingness to be based at Desa Sutera Square, Perai.
