
The Cashier is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their purchases and addressing inquiries. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth transactions and maintaining a welcoming environment for customers.
In this position, you will engage with customers daily, assisting them with their purchases and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will handle cash and card transactions, balance the cash drawer, and maintain a clean and organized counter environment.
Key Responsibilities:
High School/SPM/Diploma or equivalent with basic math.
Prior retail or customer service experience preferred.
Attention to detail for handling transactions and monitoring stock.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with cash handling procedures.
Strong communication skills for engaging with customers.
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Willing to work at Sungai Buloh, Selangor.
