The Certified Personal Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions tailored to clients' needs and goals. This role significantly impacts clients' fitness journeys by providing personalized coaching and support within the Real Fitness framework.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with clients through one-on-one and small group coaching sessions, focusing on their unique movement patterns and limitations. You will create personalized transformation plans that encompass training, nutrition, and habits, ensuring clients feel empowered and supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality personal training sessions to clients.
- Create personalized transformation plans covering training, nutrition, and habits.
- Track client progress and provide accountability check-ins.
- Conduct one-on-one and small group coaching sessions.
- Ensure clients feel supported and empowered through the coaching framework.
- Adapt training methods to meet individual client needs and limitations.
- Foster a positive and motivating environment for clients.
Job Requirements
Strong passion for fitness, coaching, and helping people.
Certification in fitness/PT (ACE, NASM, ISSA, NSCA, FISAF, etc.).
Experience in training clients (1–2 years preferred).
Strong communication, empathy, and customer service skills.
Nutrition knowledge or certification.
Professionalism, discipline, and reliability.
