Mandarin Oriental, Desaru Coast is seeking a Chargeman to join our Engineering Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the safe operation, maintenance, and repair of the hotel's electrical systems and equipment, while adhering to Malaysian electrical regulations. The Chargeman will contribute to creating a safe and comfortable environment for guests and colleagues by minimizing equipment downtime and supporting preventive maintenance programs.

As a Chargeman, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining all electrical installations, conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical faults, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. You will also monitor energy consumption and support sustainability initiatives, while responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments.
