Job Description
The Chargeman BO 11KV is responsible for maintaining high voltage installations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and troubleshooting electrical system failures. This role involves preventive maintenance, liaising with utility providers, and supervising contractors to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards. The Chargeman will also conduct inspections and provide technical support to other staff, ensuring smooth operations within the port.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a BO 11kV Chargeman Certification from Suruhanjaya Tenaga (Energy Commission).
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualifications or equivalent.
At least 5 years of hands-on working experience as Chargeman HT in maintaining electrical equipment and devices.
Able to work independently, possess integrity and a right sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
Possess good interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all levels of people.
Willing to work on shift, working on height, irregular hours, call back on normal, public holidays and on weekends.
Must be physically fit and with good work attitude.
