Job Description
In this role, the Chargeman BO 11KV will engage in day-to-day maintenance of high voltage electrical systems, working closely with utility providers and contractors to uphold safety and quality standards. The position requires a proactive approach to preventive maintenance and technical support for staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high voltage installations to ensure operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot electrical system failures and implement effective solutions.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on electrical equipment and devices.
- Liaise with utility providers to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Supervise contractors to ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct inspections and provide technical support to staff.
- Ensure smooth operations within the port by maintaining high safety and quality standards.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a BO 11kV Chargeman Certification from the Energy Commission.
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) qualifications or equivalent.
At least 5 years of hands-on working experience as Chargeman HT in maintaining electrical equipment and devices.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbal and written.
Must be physically fit and possess a good work attitude.
