Role Summary
The Senior Manager - Cybersecurity will lead the development and implementation of the organization's cybersecurity strategy. This role involves advising on cyber risk and compliance while ensuring the protection of critical information assets and business services.
Job Description
The role is responsible for defining, leading and enhancing the organisation’s enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, governance framework and security operations. The role provides executive advisory on cyber risk, resilience and compliance, ensures the protection of information assets, operational technology environments and critical business services, and drives enterprise cyber maturity, regulatory alignment and long-term security resilience in support of strategic priorities and digital transformation objectives.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science or related discipline
Postgraduate qualification is advantageous
Professional Certifications (preferred) - CISSP / CISM / CISA
ISO 27001 Lead Implementer / Lead Auditor
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, with significant leadership in cybersecurity roles
Proven experience leading enterprise cybersecurity programmes and governance frameworks
Strong background in risk management, compliance and operational resilience
Experience within critical infrastructure, maritime, logistics or operational technology environments is highly desirable
