The Chief of Staff is responsible for managing the CEO's operating cadence and driving cross-functional execution. This role plays a critical part in transforming strategy into measurable outcomes and enhancing company culture.
Job Description
In this dynamic position, the Chief of Staff will oversee the daily operations of the CEO's office, ensuring effective communication and execution across various departments. The role involves a blend of strategic planning, operational management, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and run the leadership operating rhythm including agendas, materials, minutes, and action tracking for WBR/MBR/QBR.
- Maintain the CEO's priority map and ensure follow-through across functions.
- Prepare Board and investor packs including narrative, financial snapshots, risk updates, and decision items.
- Turn strategic priorities into program plans with owners, timelines, KPIs, and risk logs.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives such as pricing changes, partnerships, product launches, and process automation.
- Track OKRs company-wide and coach owners on goal quality and accountability.
- Standardize weekly and monthly reporting for Sales, Marketing, and HR.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or in management consulting.
Fluency in English and Mandarin.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in productivity software.
Familiarity with AI prompting.
Valid Malaysian driving license.
