The Claims & Operations Executive will manage and resolve claims related to parcel issues while ensuring timely coordination with various departments. This role requires strong analytical and communication skills to handle high volumes of cases effectively.

As a Claims & Operations Executive at J&T Express, you will be responsible for handling claims related to parcel loss, damage, shortage, and delivery exceptions. This includes verifying claims and assessing liability within the Arbitration Department. You will review claim documents, CCTV footage, proof of delivery, and system records to ensure accurate case verification, while also managing and following up on claims from various platforms such as PDD, Lazada, and TikTok.

In this role, you will coordinate with branches, sorting centers, and relevant departments to resolve claims efficiently. You will analyze claims data to identify recurring issues and support operational risk and process improvements. Additionally, you will handle high-risk or disputed cases and perform other claims-related duties as assigned, ensuring a high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
