Job Description
As a Clerk of Works (M&E), you will assist in the daily supervision of construction works to ensure quality and adherence to the schedule. Your role will involve addressing site problems, conducting periodic checks, and liaising with contractors and consultants to maintain high standards of workmanship. You will also monitor construction activities, ensure timely delivery of materials, and ensure compliance with legal and safety regulations.
Job Requirements
Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum of 5 years in site supervision with property developer or contractor.
Familiar with building regulations, construction techniques, materials, testing & inspection procedures.
Familiar with M&E works.
Initial 1-year contract with potential for renewal or conversion to permanent, subject to performance and project needs.
