Role Summary
The Cloud Solution Consultant is responsible for providing expert technical advice to enterprise customers. This role plays a crucial part in supporting Pre-Sales, Business Development, and Product teams while designing innovative cloud solutions.

In this role, you will engage with clients daily, understanding their needs and providing tailored cloud solutions. You will collaborate with a dynamic team, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement cloud solutions for enterprise customers.
- Support Pre-Sales activities by providing technical expertise.
- Collaborate with Business Development teams to identify customer needs.
- Evangelize cloud solutions and educate clients on best practices.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of cloud technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a technical role such as a system administrator, network engineer, or technical support engineer.
Foundational knowledge of cloud computing concepts (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Experience in Linux OS and Windows OS including AD, Replication, SQL, Web Applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
