Job Description
As an IP Provisioning Engineer at TIME dotCom, you will be part of a dynamic service delivery team focused on providing high-quality services to our enterprise, wholesale, and residential customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and technical expertise are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision internet, data, and IP-based services for various customer segments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor and troubleshoot service activation processes to resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of provisioning activities and service configurations.
- Implement and optimize routing protocols and network configurations.
- Conduct testing and validation of services prior to activation.
- Ensure compliance with company SLAs and customer requirements.
Job Requirements
Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Networking, or IT.
1–3 years of experience in IP provisioning, network support, or NOC operations.
Familiarity with routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), IP subnetting, DNS, NAT, and ACLs.
Experience with CLI (Cisco IOS, Junos, Huawei VRP).
Strong knowledge of Layer 2/3 concepts and Internet technologies.
