Commercial Executive / Quantity Surveyor (ID & Fit-out) – Creationz Alliance Group Holding

The Commercial Executive / Quantity Surveyor (ID & Fit-out) is responsible for supporting the Contract team on various projects. This role involves managing quotation requests, conducting price negotiations, and preparing detailed cost breakdowns while liaising with clients and consultants.

In this role, you will engage in day-to-day activities that include managing project quotations and conducting negotiations with suppliers. You will also participate in project meetings and conduct site evaluations to ensure progress claims are accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage quotation requests and conduct price negotiations with suppliers.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities along with detailed pricing and cost breakdowns.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on commercial matters.
• Participate in project meetings providing contractual guidance.
• Conduct site evaluations for progress claims.
• Prepare and manage Change Orders, Variation Orders, and Letters of Commitment.
• Prepare and submit progress payment claims to clients.
• Verify subcontractor and supplier payment claims.
• Undertake other contractual and commercial tasks as assigned by Management.
