Job Description
The Quantity Surveyor Intern will engage in daily tasks that support the Quantity Surveying team, contributing to various projects in the interior fit-out sector. The work environment is collaborative, allowing interns to learn from experienced professionals while actively participating in project-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in cost estimation for interior fit-out projects.
- Support budgeting processes and financial tracking.
- Aid in contract administration and documentation.
- Participate in procurement activities and vendor management.

- Conduct research on materials and cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for project updates.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management from a recognized university.
Strong interest in the construction and interior fit-out industry.
Basic understanding of cost estimation and contract administration.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Strong communication skills in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English.
Attention to detail and good organizational skills.
