As a Company Secretary Assistant, you will engage in daily tasks that involve assisting clients with company incorporation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work in a collaborative environment, liaising with various stakeholders to streamline corporate secretarial duties. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with incorporating companies and managing corporate secretarial duties - Liaise with clients, auditors, and authorities for compliance with regulations - Update client registries and proofread documents - Help design processes for a digital company secretary platform - Follow up with clients on filing deadlines - Collaborate with team members to enhance business administration processes - Handle ad-hoc assignments and general administrative tasks
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Familiarity with corporate law and compliance regulations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills in English
