This includes coordinating logistics, managing budgets, liaising with vendors, and ensuring a seamless experience for attendees. You will also oversee marketing efforts to promote events and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to manage multiple projects effectively and deliver high-quality events that meet client expectations.
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in conference or event management
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in event management software and tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers
