
The Special Events Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various events that align with our company's objectives. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
As a Special Events Manager, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve managing budgets, liaising with vendors, and ensuring all logistical aspects of events are handled efficiently. You will create event timelines, oversee event setup and breakdown, and evaluate event success through feedback and metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong negotiation skills with vendors and suppliers.
