Job Description
The Contract Executive (QS) will manage construction contracts by developing practical terms based on site insights, preparing Bills of Quantities, sourcing and evaluating subcontractors, validating claims, conducting cost analyses, and maintaining costing databases for effective project execution and accountability.
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract award across multiple trades, specialising in high-rise projects.
Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation.
Able to work independently and manage follow-ups.
Experience in cost breakdowns, value engineering, or subcontract negotiation is an added advantage.
Comfortable interacting with both site and commercial teams.
