Job Description
As an intern in Accounts at MLDC Berhad, you will engage in processing accounts payable invoices and daily transactions while gaining exposure to essential accounting practices. You will also assist with month-end activities and manage accounts receivable operations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices and daily transactions.
- Handle recurring payment documents and assist with month-end reporting.
- Perform GR/IR reconciliation and data entry into accounting software (MHW).
- Manage accounts receivable operations including billing and receipts.
- Maintain hardcopy document filing for financial records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Support the finance team in various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Job Requirements
Pursuing Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Professional Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce or equivalent.
Familiar with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Fluent in English.
Exposure to Microsoft SharePoint for cloud filing.
Willing to work in OneCity-Subang Jaya.
Commitment to a 6-month internship period.
