As a Contracts Manager in the Construction Division, you will lead both pre-contract and post-contract activities to ensure effective commercial and contractual management. Your responsibilities will include administering main contracts and subcontracts, managing procurement processes, and overseeing progress claims and variation orders. You will also engage in commercial negotiations and monitor project costs to achieve profitability.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.
Proven experience with a reputable main contractor in commercial and contractual functions for Fast Track building projects.
Strong knowledge in Cost control & Budgeting, Subcontract Administration, Claims, VO, EOT and Final Accounts.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to be based at the project site office.
