Role Summary
The Controlling Operations GBU Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for providing controlling support to local Business Units. This role is integral to a Finance transformation team focused on enhancing processes and collaboration with Finance and business partners.
Job Description
In this position, you will engage in daily financial planning and analysis activities, including budget preparation and project tracking. You will work closely with various stakeholders to improve financial processes and support the transformation of Sanofi's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide controlling support to local Business Units.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for financial planning.
- Conduct monthly closings and project approval tracking.
- Collaborate with Finance and business partners to enhance processes.
- Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial operations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
3+ years of experience in diversified financial controlling.
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
