As a Coordinator/Senior Clerk in Air & Ocean Operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers by managing operational documentation to ensure timely shipping arrangements and closure of shipments. Job Requirements
GCE ‘O’ Level and above
Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs Preferential CO and Rules of Origin (ROO) is preferred
2–3 years of experience in shipping documentation and/or customer service, ideally within Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain
Familiarity with CargoWise (Freight Operations System) is an advantage
Fluent in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Positive attitude with strong reliability and sense of responsibility
Well-organized with good time management and multitasking skills
Customer-oriented and results-driven
