The role involves close collaboration with the PR and content team to draft and refine various types of content including press releases, social media posts, video scripts, and web articles. Responsibilities also include translating content between English and Malay, assisting in media outreach and events, supporting social media planning and ideation, and aiding in PR distribution, monitoring, and reporting.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Language Studies, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Excellent English and Malay writing skills (native or near-native level).
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines across projects.
Comfortable using Google Docs/Drive/Sheet, Microsoft Office Suite, and AI content tools.
Familiarity with press release formats, news angles, and basic media relations.
Experience in journalism, PR, and social media content writing.
Knowledge of PR workflows or digital marketing campaigns.
Basic exposure to social media content planning or CMS tools (e.g. WordPress, Buffer, Notion).
