Job Description
The IT Intern role provides hands-on experience in supporting live client systems, internal tools, and web projects. The intern will work alongside the tech lead on tasks including website updates, maintenance, and troubleshooting with WordPress/Elementor, server management on AWS EC2 and Virtualmin, domain, DNS, and email configurations, testing and refining internal systems such as PHP-coded e-Warranty and interactive Looker dashboards, automating workflows with Google Apps Script and Zapier, and assisting with basic SQL queries, backups, and PHP/MySQL debugging.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, or MySQL.
Comfortable with WordPress web design or willing to learn fast.
A problem-solver who isn’t afraid to Google, test, and ask questions.
Bonus: Experience with diverse AI/Tech-tools (ChatGPT, automation bots, etc.) or Google Apps Script.
