Role Summary
The IT & Computer Science Internship is responsible for providing hands-on experience in supporting live client systems and internal tools. The intern will collaborate with the tech lead on various tasks, gaining valuable insights into real-world IT operations.
Job Description
As an IT Intern, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve website updates, server management, and troubleshooting. You will work in a dynamic environment that encourages learning and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support live client systems and internal tools.
- Update and maintain websites using WordPress/Elementor.
- Manage servers on AWS EC2 and Virtualmin.
- Configure domains, DNS, and email settings.
- Test and refine internal systems such as PHP-coded e-Warranty.
- Automate workflows using Google Apps Script and Zapier.
- Assist with basic SQL queries, backups, and PHP/MySQL debugging.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, PHP, or MySQL.
Comfortable with WordPress web design or willing to learn quickly.
A problem-solver who is proactive in seeking solutions.
Bonus: Experience with AI/Tech-tools or Google Apps Script.
