
This role is for a Creative Designer in the FMCG sector supporting the Senior Creative Designer in developing campaign visuals, packaging, and marketing materials. The position involves executing creative adaptations across various channels while collaborating with brand, marketing, and product teams to meet campaign objectives and maintain brand consistency.
The role involves supporting the Senior Creative Designer in developing campaign mastheads, key visuals, packaging, and marketing collaterals. The position requires executing creative adaptations across online and offline channels including social media, digital ads, print, and POSM, with a focus on refining visuals, layouts, and typography for detail and production accuracy. The role also requires working closely with brand, marketing, and product teams to understand campaign objectives and design needs while contributing ideas and collaborating during brainstorming sessions. Maintaining brand consistency by ensuring all designs follow brand guidelines and visual language is essential, alongside managing a library of creative assets and templates. The role encourages growth in creative instincts with an emphasis on storytelling and brand emotion.
2–4 years of experience in graphic design (FMCG, lifestyle, agency, or startup experience is a plus).
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion or video editing is a bonus.
A strong eye for composition, typography, and detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines with discipline.
