The Creative Designer is responsible for supporting the Senior Creative Designer in developing impactful visual campaigns. This role involves collaborating with various teams to create engaging designs that resonate with the brand's identity and objectives.
Job Description
In this role, you will work closely with the Senior Creative Designer to produce campaign mastheads, key visuals, and marketing materials across multiple channels. You will be immersed in a dynamic environment that encourages creativity and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Creative Designer in developing campaign visuals.
- Execute creative adaptations for online and offline channels.
- Refine visuals, layouts, and typography for production accuracy.
- Collaborate with brand, marketing, and product teams to understand design needs.
- Contribute ideas during brainstorming sessions.
- Maintain brand consistency by adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage a library of creative assets and templates.
Job Requirements
2–4 years of experience in graphic design.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience in motion or video editing is a bonus.
Strong eye for composition, typography, and detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines.
Collaborative spirit and a love for teamwork.
Passion for coffee and creating enticing visuals.
