
The CRM Executive is responsible for enhancing customer loyalty and engagement through effective CRM strategies. This role requires managing campaigns, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
The CRM Executive plays a key role in driving customer loyalty, retention, and personalization strategies for the mall. The role involves independently managing CRM campaigns, analyzing customer data, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver premium experiences to high-spending clientele and VIPs.
Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
2–5 years of experience in CRM, loyalty marketing, or customer engagement (luxury retail or mall experience preferred).
Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
A keen understanding of luxury customer expectations and service standards.
Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Oracle), campaign tools, and data reporting is preferred.
