Role Summary
The Supervisor, Security is responsible for coordinating and supervising all security activities within the center. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the safety of retailers, customers, and staff while adhering to safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
Job Description
In this role, you will oversee daily security operations, ensuring a safe environment for all visitors and staff. You will work closely with the Senior Executive, Security to preempt any potential security breaches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all security activities.
- Patrol the mall to ensure customer safety.
- Report incidents and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure the safety of retailers, customers, and staff.
- Adhere to safety procedures and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in training security personnel.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
Required language: English.
At least 3 years of working experience in a shopping mall is required for this position.
Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Security/Armed Forces/Protective Services or equivalent.
1 Full-Time position available in Alamanda Shopping Centre.
