The role involves growing customer lifetime value through AIA's and digital partners' platforms related to digital and online-to-offline products. The position focuses on improving customer activation, retention, and engagement by executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and SMS.
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Business Administration with 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, branding, or social media.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and partners.
Strong project management skills.
Meticulous with good time management skills.
Experience with enterprise CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, Mailchimp, Clever Tap, or Braze is an added advantage.
Comfortable with data and strong analytical skills to perform analysis and connect user actions to data points.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Keen sense for details with an analytical and critical thinking mindset.
Ability to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
