
The Customer Growth & Performance Marketing Consultant is responsible for enhancing customer lifetime value through AIA's and digital partners' platforms. This role focuses on improving customer activation, retention, and engagement through multi-channel marketing campaigns.
In this position, you will engage in day-to-day activities that involve executing marketing strategies across various digital platforms. You will collaborate with different teams to ensure effective customer engagement and retention strategies are implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Business Administration.
5 to 8 years of experience in marketing, branding, or social media.
Strong communication skills for collaboration with stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms is an advantage.
Strong analytical skills to connect user actions to data points.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
