As a Customer Program Management Specialist, you will manage day-to-day activities for customer accounts to ensure on-time product delivery and program schedule adherence. You will oversee account profitability, forecasting, and contract negotiations while coordinating with internal teams in finance and supply chain. The role involves frequent customer communication, performance reporting, and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education/experience.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in program management or manufacturing.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, SCM, and PCB business issues.
Strong skills in product pricing, contracts, and negotiation.
Proficient in database management and computer applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder management.
Ability to lead diverse teams and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
