
The Customer Relationship Manager is responsible for managing the relationship of a portfolio of Privilege Banking customers. This role involves providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and driving sales to enhance the customer experience and bank revenue.
In this role, you will manage daily transactions and service requests for Privilege Banking customers while ensuring high service levels at the branch. You will also engage in sales activities, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable product solutions to drive referrals and grow the customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Relevant experience in customer service or banking.
Strong understanding of financial products and services.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
