The role is primarily responsible for managing the relationship of a portfolio of Privilege Banking (PB) customers by handling their daily transactions and service requests. The position involves resolving customer issues to maintain service levels at the branch and performing sales and service activities such as CASA account opening, fixed deposit placements/renewals/withdrawals, and the sale of investment and insurance products. It involves identifying customer needs, recommending appropriate product solutions, and driving referrals for products in accordance with client needs. The role also includes managing portfolio risk exposure, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, and maintaining accurate information on product updates and market changes. The incumbent will build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships through quality customer service and manage referrals and cross-selling opportunities to grow the customer franchise and bank revenue.
Provide excellent personalized customer service and resolve customer problems.
Identify and pursue sales opportunities to expand customer base and grow assets under management.
Maintain knowledge of product information and market changes to serve customers effectively.
Collaborate with relevant departments for updated product information and customer needs.
Adhere to compliance, risk management, and regulatory guidelines including KYC and AMLA.
Manage stakeholder relationships and work as a team player.
Participate in regular sales briefings and training sessions.
Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting and performance tracking.
Project a professional business image through standards of housekeeping and personal grooming.
Maintain contact management and service standards with customers.
Handle portfolio risk exposure and ensure no mis-selling occurs.
Refer new lending opportunities to appropriate units.
