The Customer Service Specialist in International Insurance based in Kuala Lumpur supports clients and insurance partners across approximately 20 Asian countries. The role involves managing insurance programs, overseeing portfolio and policy administration, and assisting with complex queries to ensure smooth service delivery.
The Specialist in International Insurance will join a regional team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, supporting Zurich's international programs to help clients manage their risks globally. The role involves managing insurance partners across approximately 20 countries in the Asia Pacific region and overseeing portfolio management, policy issuance, premiums, and claims coordination. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing clients in cooperation with external insurance companies, supporting customer and broker experiences, monitoring key performance indicators, maintaining data quality, ensuring policy consistency, following operating protocols, providing support on complex queries, and developing relationships with insurance partners.
Passion for insurance, communication and international trade.
Experience in international insurance, fronting business, non-life underwriting, reinsurance or claims is advantage.
Technical knowledge of non-life products and operations (Property, Liability, Technical, Motor, Financial lines) is advantage.
Excellent communication and customer focus capabilities.
Strong focus on responsibility and accuracy.
Excellent English is a must, additional language (Chinese language) is an advantage.
