
The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for supporting Zurich's international programs to help clients manage their risks globally. This role involves collaboration with insurance partners across the Asia Pacific region, ensuring effective portfolio management and client servicing.
The Specialist in International Insurance will join a regional team based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, where they will engage in day-to-day operations that include managing insurance partners and overseeing various aspects of insurance policies. The work environment is dynamic and collaborative, focusing on delivering exceptional service to clients and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
Passion for insurance, communication, and international trade.
Experience in international insurance, fronting business, non-life underwriting, reinsurance, or claims is an advantage.
Technical knowledge of non-life products and operations (Property, Liability, Technical, Motor, Financial lines) is an advantage.
Excellent communication and customer focus capabilities.
Strong focus on responsibility and accuracy.
Excellent English is a must; additional language (Chinese) is an advantage.
