Job Requirements
Knowledge of concepts and interaction of service management systems (problem and change)
Work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays in a 24/7/365 environment
4+ years of data center or mission critical facilities experience
4+ years of electrical or mechanical experience
Strong technical understanding of critical facilities management
Experience in vendor management and maintenance planning
Ability to supervise special projects and operational tasks
