Job Description
As a Data Center Tender Manager, you will lead the end-to-end tendering process for high-value data center opportunities within the East Asia zone. Responsibilities include defining tender strategies, leading cross-functional teams for costing and risk assessment, and acting as the primary point of contact for commercial teams and VIP customers. You will ensure offers meet technical and financial criteria, manage internal approval processes, and support negotiations to secure profitable contracts while facilitating a smooth transition to project execution.
Job Requirements
Master’s Degree in Engineering or Business.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Solution Tendering or Customer project environments.
At least 5 years of successful experience in functional or project team management.
Proven experience in Data Center environments is strongly preferred.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
Strong ability to lead and influence remote, cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
Aptitude to perform under time pressure and manage complex project risks.
