The Data Centre Project Account Lead will manage onsite operations and client relationships, ensuring the reliability and security of critical data centre infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership and technical expertise in data centre operations.

As the Data Centre Project Account Lead, you will oversee 24x7 onsite data centre operations, ensuring the continuous availability of critical infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include managing technical, facilities management, security, and asset delivery workstreams, while also acting as the primary escalation point for operational issues. You will coordinate maintenance plans, liaise with data centre providers, and ensure compliance with internal standards and procedures.

In this role, you will be responsible for account management and client relationships, implementing security procedures, and managing contractors and vendors. You will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth server delivery and monitor operational KPIs to mitigate risks. Your leadership will drive continuous improvement initiatives across safety, reliability, and operational efficiency.
