Job Description
The Demand Planner (Korean Speaker) plays a key role in generating and managing accurate customer demand signals within Sanofi's planning tools. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders such as Business Units, Manufacturing and Supply, Commercial BUs, Regulatory, Finance, and local Supply Chain to ensure alignment across departments. It requires translating local market conditions into actionable data to support demand planning and continuous improvement through performance analysis aimed at achieving reliable and competitive product supply.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 1 year of experience in demand planning.
Fluent English communication and writing skills.
Fluent Korean communication is highly preferred.
Knowledge of pharmaceutical primary and secondary manufacturing processes is preferred.
Understanding of basic manufacturing processes and ability to apply this knowledge to supply chain management and demand planning.
Basic knowledge of regulatory processes and requirements is an advantage.
Skilled in scenario planning, risk/benefit analysis, contingency planning, and problem solving.
Strong willingness to drive change and good internal marketing and communication skills.
Excellent systems skills, with SAP and Kinaxis as advantages, and a basic understanding of financial functions.
High level of accountability and attention to detail.
Demonstrated high standards of integrity, professionalism, and commitment.
Good team facilitation and relationship-building skills.
