The Demand & Supply Planner will ensure supply continuity to customers while maintaining optimal inventory levels through diligent market monitoring and sales performance analysis. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders to address customer requirements effectively and provide solutions as needed.
Key responsibilities include developing statistical forecasts, managing inventory planning for multi-temperature finished goods, and maintaining high forecast accuracy. The planner will also interact with stakeholders to gather market intelligence, monitor inventory supply status, and lead initiatives for continuous inventory improvement.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Logistics or Supply Chain or related field from recognized university.
2-3 years of working experience in Supply Chain Management, Planning Management.
Preferably from FMCG experience.
Strong analytical & presentation skills.
Experience in forecasting and inventory / demand planning.
Excellent communicator.
Customer-centric.
Willing to work in Klang.
