Job Description
In this role, the Deputy Treasurer will work closely with the Director of Treasury & Markets, engaging in daily operations that involve overseeing various trading activities and compliance measures. The work environment is dynamic, requiring collaboration with multiple teams to achieve the Bank's financial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing the Treasury and market business
- Develop business strategies aligned with Bank objectives
- Manage liquidity and interest rate risks
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
- Maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Lead and develop the Treasury team
- Support staff recruitment and succession planning
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Treasury or financial markets
Strong understanding of Shariah compliance
Proven leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
