Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or relevant fields
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Familiarity with operating systems and network configurations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of ITIL practices is an advantage
