Minimum Diploma level education in Computer & IT or relevant fields
Strong understanding of IT and operational technology systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Experience in providing technical support in a help desk environment
Familiarity with common IT support tools and software
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
