
The Telemarketing Executive is responsible for contacting prospective clients through various outreach methods. This role plays a crucial part in driving business development and achieving sales targets by engaging with clients and promoting services.
In this role, you will engage in daily cold calling, lead generation, and online research to connect with potential clients. You will work closely with internal teams to customize solutions that meet client needs and keep them informed about promotional campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Relevant experience in Marketing, Sales, Telemarketing, Telesales, cold calling, and outbound calls is a plus.
Fluency in Mandarin, English, and Malay, with a focus on dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Candidates should be young, bold, enthusiastic, and passionate about sales.
Self-motivated, dynamic, proactive, and possess strong initiative and interpersonal skills.
