The MICE Director of Sales is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, retain, and grow business in the MICE sector. This role oversees all aspects of meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions/events, driving occupancy, venue usage, and revenue. The Director will lead and mentor the MICE sales team while ensuring alignment with brand strategy, operational excellence, and exceptional client satisfaction.
Bachelors Degree of Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Minimum of 5 years in strategic event management, focus on MICE events.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Dynamic 365 for business needs.
In-depth knowledge of the MICE industry, including trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
Travel is required for client meetings, site inspections, and industry events.
