
The Duty Manager (Front Office) oversees hotel operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and safety. This role involves managing staff, addressing guest complaints, and maintaining hotel standards.
Responsible for the smooth operation of the hotel, ensuring guest safety and satisfaction. Handle requests and complaints, keep employees informed about hotel information, and maintain cleanliness in the front area. Stay updated on all hotel happenings to provide excellent service.
Certificate / Diploma in Hospitality Management / Hotel Catering with 3 years' experience inclusive of 2 years' experience as Front Office Supervisor / Guest Service Assistant OR
SPM holder with 4 years' experience inclusive of 2 years' experience as Front Office Supervisor / Guest Service Assistant
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral).
Good working knowledge of computer software applications.
Strong leadership and organizing skills.
