
The Duty Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing hotel operations and ensuring high performance standards. This position involves data compilation, performance analysis, and project assistance, making it essential for maintaining operational excellence.
As a Duty Manager, you will compile data and reports from various departments within the hotel division. Your role includes reviewing and analyzing hotel performance reports, proposing recommendations for improvement, and assisting with ad-hoc projects assigned by management. Additionally, you will perform fieldwork and market research to identify operational concerns.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
Preferably 1 or 2 years working experience in related field.
Possess good knowledge in software applications such as Microsoft Office.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team player mentality.
