Job Description
In this role, you will manage e-commerce operations and order fulfillment for our D2C jewellery brand. Your responsibilities include overseeing order processing, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely delivery. You will also track performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets, while identifying and addressing operational challenges proactively. Clear communication and adherence to established processes are essential for success in this position.
Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, administration, or retail fulfillment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Skilled in identifying and flagging operational issues early
Excellent communication skills for clear process adherence
Based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, with 100% onsite availability
Willingness to work weekends for brand pop-ups as needed
