The E-Commerce & Retail Operations Executive is responsible for managing e-commerce operations and order fulfillment for our D2C jewellery brand. Job Description
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platform, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. You will work in a dynamic environment that requires attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage order processing and fulfillment for online sales.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee stock levels.
- Ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Track performance metrics using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Identify and address operational challenges proactively.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Job Requirements
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, administration, or retail fulfillment.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication skills for clear process adherence.
Based in Kuala Lumpur/Selangor, with 100% onsite availability.
Willingness to work weekends for brand pop-ups as needed.
