Role Summary
The EAE Solution Specialist, EcoStruxure Automation Expert is responsible for driving enablement and adoption of the EcoStruxure Automation Expert solution. This role collaborates closely with sales teams to provide technical expertise and support throughout the project development lifecycle.
Job Description
In this role, you will engage with customers and partners to ensure successful implementation of the EAE solution while providing advanced troubleshooting and technical support. You will also be involved in pre-sales activities and represent the company in industry forums.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide pre-sales technical expertise to support sales growth.
- Act as a technical subject matter expert for customers.
- Engage closely with industrial customers and partners to tailor solutions.
- Lead proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate EAE capabilities.
- Develop best practices and technical documentation for EAE.
- Support training and technical advocacy initiatives to promote EAE.
- Collaborate with sales teams to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, IT programming, or Code development.
Embedded Software Engineer background with a strong IT focus is advantageous.
Well versed in IIOT and the convergence between IT and OT.
Experience with object-oriented programming and development environments.
Hands-on knowledge of industrial protocols including Modbus, OPC UA, MQTT, and PROFINET/EtherNet/IP.
