EHS Site Executive (Kota Kinabalu Based) – Sika

The EHS Site Executive is responsible for driving EHS and security excellence at the Kota Kinabalu site. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety and adherence to corporate standards.

In this role, you will support top management and the National ESH team in implementing effective strategies and maintaining a safe work environment. You will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance and promote safety culture across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of EHS and security strategies for the KK plant.
• Collaborate with National ESH, QA, and Compliance teams to deploy new programs and audit frameworks.
• Review and update EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with corporate standards.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of the Sika Management System for the KK site.
• Ensure proper documentation control and usage of approved documents.
• Perform internal EHS and security audits and prepare timely reports.
• Conduct regular safety walks and risk assessments with site leadership.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of non-conformities and audit findings.
• Develop and deliver EHS and security training programs for employees.
