EHS Site Executive (Senai Based) – Sika

The EHS Site Executive is responsible for driving EHS and security excellence at the Senai site. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while promoting a strong safety culture within the organization.

In this position, you will support top management and the National ESH team in implementing effective strategies and maintaining adherence to corporate standards. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the successful deployment of EHS programs and conduct audits to monitor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of EHS and security strategies for the Senai plant.
• Collaborate with National ESH, QA, and Compliance teams to deploy new programs and audit frameworks.
• Review and update EHS policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with corporate standards.
• Coordinate periodic reviews of the Sika Management System for the Senai site.
• Perform internal EHS and security audits and prepare timely reports.
• Conduct regular safety walks and risk assessments with site leadership.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of non-conformities and audit findings.
• Develop and deliver EHS and security training programs for employees.
