Job Description
As an R&D Engineer at Top Glove, you will engage in daily research and development activities focused on optimizing production efficiency in a factory environment. You will provide technical support and develop engineering solutions to enhance product quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to improve product quality and compliance.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing processes.
- Develop engineering solutions to optimize production efficiency.
- Collaborate with external partners on R&D projects.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Document research findings and present results to stakeholders.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Materials Science.
Capable of working in a factory environment.
Knowledge of Ansys and Solidworks is an advantage.
Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu.
Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels.
Willingness to work shifts if required.
Able to work in Kulim, Kedah.
