As an R&D Engineer at Top Glove, you will conduct research and development studies aimed at enhancing product quality and compliance. Your responsibilities include hands-on research for process improvements, providing technical support, and developing engineering solutions to optimize production efficiency. You will collaborate with external partners and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions to ensure continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or Materials Science
Capable of working in a factory environment
Knowledge of Ansys and Solidworks is an advantage
Good command of English & Bahasa Melayu
Results-oriented with strong negotiation skills
Pleasant personality and able to interact with all levels
Willingness to work shifts if required
Able to work in Kulim, Kedah
