Job Description
As an Engineering Base Maintenance Controller, you will oversee and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. You will manage maintenance schedules, liaise with engineering teams, and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks while maintaining high-quality standards. Your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing support to ground operations, and ensuring that all aircraft maintenance documentation is accurate and up-to-date. You will also participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
Degree in Engineering or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards
Proficient in maintenance management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
